I have read the book Competing Against Luck which if I have understood right is an improvement over the idea shared by Prof. Christensen in the book "The Innovator's Dilemma." Even though I worked with Pay Structures, I never connected the Jobs-to-be-Done approach with designing pay structures. Great post, looking forward to more.
