I have read the book Competing Against Luck which if I have understood right is an improvement over the idea shared by Prof. Christensen in the book "The Innovator's Dilemma." Even though I worked with Pay Structures, I never connected the Jobs-to-be-Done approach with designing pay structures. Great post, looking forward to more.

Thanks for the comment, J.K. It is an interesting lens to look at pay practices through. i'll have to check out "Competing Against Luck!"
