Looking forward to more, Ann. This is the fun stuff, and really one of the key points at which Compensation and Organization Development intersect: proactive, planned change through intervention - in this case communication via compensation. Compensation is one of the most unexpected and most powerful communication vehicles an organization has. Thanks as always.

Well said, Mercedes - it is fun stuff! Thanks, as always, for reading and sharing your thoughts!

Great job on the video, Ann. Your advice is well taken - professionals should never underestimate the power of communication. Unfortunately, too many compensation plans are laboriously and intensively designed for success, only to not achieve their full potential due to the final crucial step: communication.

As always, we appreciate all you do for WorldatWork -- keep up the good blogging work! Ryan

Thanks, Ryan - couldn't have said it any better! We all appreciated the chance to be a part of the Orlando conference!

'too many compensation plans are laboriously and intensively designed for success, only to not achieve their full potential' - I totally agree with this statement. Thanks Ryan, you've articulated my thoughts!
