Innovation is a hot topic these days - with many of us in the pay profession wondering whether, and how, rewards should be part of the effort to build a culture of innovation.
New research from i4cp and Minnesota's 3M Corporation finds that high performing companies are significantly more likely to reward innovation than low perfomers. And those high performing companies have made some specific choices about how and where to provide rewards.
