According to a recent poll of 172 organizations by Business & Legal Reports (BLR), only 40% believe that they are successful at retaining their top workers.
Further evidence that universal retention efforts need to be supplemented (or even replaced?) with programs that focus on the retention of those making the biggest contribution to organization success, and employers should consider the wisdom of becoming a best high performance place to work.
