WorldatWork (www.worldatwork.org) has published initial top-line data from its 33rd Annual Salary Budget Survey, to be published in full the first week of August.
This year's survey, based on submissions from 2,553 U.S. organizations and 246 Canadian organizations, shows 2007 increases rising just one-tenth of a percent from 2006 levels in the U.S. and staying relatively flat in Canada. A summary of the data released is shown below.

2006 Actual Salary Budget Increase = 3.7%
2007 Projected Salary Budget Increase = 3.8%
Nonexempt Salaried Employees:
2006 Actual Salary Budget Increase = 3.7%
2007 Projected Salary Budget Increase = 3.8%
Exempt Salaried Employees:
2006 Actual Salary Budget Increase = 3.8%
2007 Projected Salary Budget Increase = 3.9%
Officers/Executives:

2007 Projected Salary Budget Increase = 4.0%
CANADA
