Love the points about "crafting programs and practices that attract the right workers" Often companies attract anyone looking for money and a job. Then, they may need to pay for training for the new employee. However, if they had hired someone with experience or background in the field, the company would save money overtime! Which is what we love helping people do via our website, save their hard earned money by battling retail prices with coupon codes, promotional codes and exclusive sales!
