Can you tell me if the data reported by Hewitt includes zero increases reported by employers?

Disregard my comment above. I see your note in parenthesis regarding the inclusive zero increases.

Just wondering if this has been summarized from all 3 surverys on 2009 salary structure movement actuals and 2010 projected salary structure movement.
